Role description
Data Analyst Location: London, UK Contract length: 9 months Pay rate: £275 per day (umbrella) Overview We’re seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join a Global Customer Success Data Science team, focused on building scalable data capabilities across international regions and markets. This role plays a key part in closing analytics gaps, enabling actionable insights, automating dashboards, and ensuring consistent, high-quality data foundations. You’ll drive measurable impact across Customer Experience, Digital Experience, and Service Delivery by turning data into clear, actionable decisions. Key Responsibilities Data Foundations & Governance • Partner with engineering to design reliable data pipelines, define metrics, and improve data integrity across global markets. • Automate reporting and validation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Dashboards & Reporting • Build scalable, user-friendly dashboards (Tableau, Qlik, or similar) that track key KPIs such as tNPS, Issue Resolution, and AHT. • Deliver timely, market-specific insights to enable data-informed decision-making. Deep-Dive Analytics • Conduct root cause analyses to uncover drivers of customer pain points and operational inefficiencies. • Translate insights into recommendations that improve customer journeys and reduce escalations. Experimentation & Continuous Improvement • Support A/B testing and experience evaluations by defining metrics, analyzing results, and quantifying impact. Data Storytelling & Influence • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning teams around data-driven strategies. Qualifications • A number of years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, ideally within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. • Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar) and big data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark). • Familiarity with ETL processes and Python or R for automation or advanced analytics. • Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods, and exposure to call center or digital support KPIs. • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex analyses into actionable narratives. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
