Role description
Senior Systems and Data Analyst | £32 - £33 We're working with a leading public sector transformation specialist dedicated to redesigning children's services and social care pathways on this exciting opportunity. Are you a Mosaic expert ready to drive a major transformational initiative? We are looking for a technical visionary to lead the reconfiguration of casework management systems, leveraging deep data insights to improve outcomes for children and families across the Families First Programme. The Role • Lead the strategic reconfiguration of the Mosaic Casework Management System to support frontline social care practice and redesigned workflows. • Develop high-impact data reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to drive service improvement and evidence-based decision-making. • Translate complex Families First Programme requirements into technical Mosaic system solutions, including forms configuration and system logic. • Collaborate with the Strategic Lead to transform how Family Help and safeguarding pathways are delivered through digital systems. • Act as a bridge between technical system development and frontline practitioner needs to ensure seamless service delivery. What You'll Need • Significant hands-on experience in Mosaic configuration, including workflow design, forms configuration, and database structures. • Deep knowledge of Children’s Services practice, specifically safeguarding, early help pathways, and statutory service requirements. • Proven expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools to create insightful reporting for senior stakeholders. • Experience leading systems transformation projects within a social care or local government environment. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical strategic leads and practitioners.
