HR System and Data Manager | Remote | £50,000 - £55,000
We're working with Witherslack on this exciting opportunity. Join a leading provider in special education and care, focused on making a positive impact on young lives. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity and driving informed decisions within our HR systems.
The Role
• Lead the integrity, performance, and continuous development of the HR system (Workday).
• Oversee day-to-day management, configuration, and enhancement of Workday modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, etc.).
• Deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and analysis for senior leadership.
• Lead system testing, releases, and new implementations, collaborating with third-party providers.
• Administer and report on staff engagement surveys, analyzing feedback meaningfully.
• Empower colleagues through training and support to effectively use HR systems.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience with HR systems (ideally Workday) as a super user.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including confident use of Excel.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports that inform decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with senior leaders and external providers.
• Highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage updates and maintain confidentiality.

• Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience for this 15-month fixed-term contract.
