Data Analyst – Fleet Operations & Analytics

Introduction We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the data systems and reporting that power our autonomous fleet operations. You'll transform vehicle telemetry, service logs, and operations data into clear insights that improve decision-making across operations, safety, and engineering teams. This role focuses on analytics, reporting, KPI development, and building accessible datasets and dashboards that help teams understand performance and drive improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysis • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with Databricks or similar analytics platforms Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Analyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insights • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholders • Partner with operations teams to understand reporting needs and business questions For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
