Role Overview
The Non-Technical Data Analyst II supports operational and configuration activities by executing system migrations, validating results, and resolving data discrepancies. This role works with large datasets, dashboards, and system logs to ensure processes run accurately and efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and validate system and device configuration migrations.
• Review migration results and identify failed or incomplete processes.
• Investigate errors and discrepancies, determining root causes and corrective actions.
• Analyze reports and dashboards to identify anomalies in expected workflows.
• Process and reprocess large data files (e.g., spreadsheets, text files) through multiple systems and tools.
• Provide technical and operational support by troubleshooting error codes.
• Adapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Work independently while maintaining regular collaboration with team members.
Team & Work Environment
• Immediate team size: Approximately 10 members.
• Department size: Approximately 50 members focused on operational support and case management.
• Work involves frequent interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Hybrid work environment with defined onsite and remote days.
• Opportunity for assignment extension based on business needs and performance.
