Job Summary (List Format): Data Analyst with Oracle & PL/SQL – Hybrid
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant data analysis experience with a bachelor’s degree and relevant industry certifications
• Expertise in large data and reporting applications, including operational data stores, data warehouses, and data marts
• Hands-on experience in data implementation, relational databases, ETL processes, transaction processing, and testing protocols
• Strong understanding of data management concepts such as data quality, lineage, lifecycle, master/reference data, and metadata management
• Ability to interpret business data and collaborate with business users for actionable insights, especially in accounting and financial data domains
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for reading data models, understanding data flows, and writing complex queries
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP BO, and Tableau
• Skilled in requirements gathering, data analysis, and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools, especially Azure DevOps
• Strong project management and process orientation, including stakeholder interviews, requirements documentation, UAT coordination, and hand-offs to development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and IT stakeholders
