Data Analyst - Insights and Intelligence
Location: Hybrid (London and Weybridge)
We're looking for a Senior Insights and Intelligence Analyst to join our Experience Transformation team. This role focuses on turning consumer and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
▫️Deliver insights using qualitative and quantitative research
▫️Collaborate with data teams to integrate feedback into large-scale programmes
▫️Translate complex datasets into strategic narratives
▫️Define and track KPIs like CES, CSAT, FCR, Response Time, and CPC
▫️Support cross-functional initiatives and immersive learning experiences
Required Skills & Experience:
▫️Proven experience in Consumer Care or CPG sectors
▫️Expertise in Voice of the Customer (VOC)
▫️Skilled in mixed-methodology research
▫️Strong data storytelling and strategic communication
▫️Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Azure
▫️Experience with Salesforce Cloud Analytics
▫️Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
▫️Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations
