Interview Process: 2 Rounds
1st round- 30 minute call
2nd round- take home SQL assessment
Must Haves:
• Hands-on SQL experience
• 2-3 years of experience within data analytics
• Experience working with large data and using it for performance optimization
• Ability to translate data into problems (analytical thinking)
• Exposure to compliance and sanctions
Pluses:
• Experience using Ficrosoft for data driven analysis
• Understanding model development
• Experience using Tableau dashboards
• Python and Snowflake experience

As a Data Scientist on the Financial Intelligence Unit, you will lead efforts to provide data-driven solutions, optimize sanctions screening systems, and manage sanctions-related data. You will conduct data-driven analysis of FircoSoft generated alerts to optimize screening configurations and propose new rules and algorithms for enhanced screening quality. Understanding if there is a spike in alerts or an inconstancy.
