Role description
Data Analyst IV We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst IV with strong analytical, technical, and business oriented skills to support a high visibility team working with IVR (call) data, Tableau dashboards, and cross channel analytics. This role requires someone who can quickly become a subject matter expert, connect disparate data sources, and serve as a strategic advocate for the team. Key Responsibilities • Analyze complex datasets across IVR/call data, web analytics, Salesforce, and other business systems. • Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support business decision making. • Use SQL extensively for deep analysis—not just querying but understanding the business meaning behind the data. • Connect data across multiple sources and understand how each dataset fits into the broader business context. • Become an SME on the team’s core data sources and how they integrate. • Communicate insights clearly through storytelling, structured analysis, and business friendly explanations. • Perform due diligence research to uncover root causes, identify gaps, and piece together incomplete information. • Collaborate with peers when cross source data is needed, while working mostly autonomously day today. • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, especially as the team may transition to new platforms. • Take ownership of deliverables and continuously refine dashboards, logic, and data flows. • Must Have Qualifications • Strong SQL skills (minimum requirement): experience analyzing data, not just writing basic queries. • Strong Tableau skills (minimum requirement): proven ability to build and modify dashboards. • Ability to connect the dots, understand business context, and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Experience working with call/IVR data or similar operational datasets. Nice to Have Qualifications • Experience with: • Web analytics data • Salesforce data • Customer engagement or digital experience data • Multisource data integration • Background in environments where platforms or tools are evolving. Day to Day Expectations • Operate with a high degree of autonomy. • Collaborate with team members when additional data sources or expertise are needed. • Take time to grow into an SME role—this position carries meaningful responsibility. • Work in a fastmoving environment where priorities shift and dashboards evolve.
