• Title: HR Data Analyst • Location: Berkshire, UK – Hybrid (2days/Onsite) • Pay Rate: Depends on Experience • Type & Duration: Contract |6 Months Contract with InsideIR35 Job Description: Overview: We are looking for HR-focused Data Analysts to join a dynamic team supporting HR operations and systems. This is not a typical digital data analyst role, candidates will work closely with HR data, processes, and systems to provide insights, improve processes, and support strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Extract, analyse, and report HR data, providing actionable insights. Support HRIS systems, including testing, maintenance, and improvements. Develop dashboards and reports to highlight trends and metrics. Assist in HR and business projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Ensure high standards of data quality, confidentiality, and compliance. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong analytical skills and confidence working with metrics. Experience in HR or HR operations, with exposure to HR data and systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar). Excellent Excel skills and ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting HR system enhancements or process improvements. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills. Desirable: Dashboard creation experience (Power BI a plus). Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and data definitions. Experience in secure, government, or regulated environments.
