Data Analyst - HR & People Insights - Power BI Initial 6 month contract Inside IR35 Fully Remote (UK) Brief: Experienced Data Analyst required to support a major HR reporting transformation programme. You'll work within a People Insights team, analysing and validating HR data feeding Power BI dashboards, supporting reporting migrations, testing outputs, improving data models, and enhancing dashboard usability for senior stakeholders. Key Skills Required: • Strong Power BI experience • Data modelling, Power Query and DAX • Data validation, testing and reporting • Advanced Excel skills • Experience working with HR / People / Workforce data • Strong stakeholder communication skills Desirable Skills: • Power Automate • Zellis • Business Objects • HR systems experience This is a hands-on role focused on workforce, salary, absence, reward and talent reporting within a complex Power BI environment.
