Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced data analysis to guide business strategy and enhance performance.
• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor critical trends and assess business health.
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify key performance drivers, and align with business objectives.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and manage risks or customer-impacting issues.
Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in advanced data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard development.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of risk management and issue escalation protocols in a business environment.
• Prior experience in roles that merged strategic thinking with data analysis is highly desirable.
The salary range for this position is $60.00 to $72.00 hr. Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
