Data Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting Regulatory Reporting and Liquidity Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Analyst Location:Charlotte, NC Pay Range:$60 What's the Job? • Collaborate closely with Liquidity Business Operations Lead to understand operational priorities. • Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision making. • Perform Excel analysis and reconciliations of business systems, preparing and delivering recurring and ad-hoc reports. • Analyze and format data for review with leadership, including presentation of key metrics and trending. • Identify process areas that need improvement and implement new solutions, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise. What's Needed? • Ability to analyze and manipulate large quantities of data with great attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • 3+ years of financial and/or data analytics experience within a financial institution.
