Data Analyst (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) - LOCALS ONLY W2 Only - NO CTC ON THIS - WE CAN SPONSOR Required Skills: SQL, Power BI (Designing new reports), Snowflake is nice to have, Experience measuring digital experiences (they do a lot of analytics on netbenefits). Analyzing what users are clicking on. Need experience with A/B testing, healthcare domain experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with collaboration across IT and business functions • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with experience designing new reports • Expertise in web interaction data analysis and relational databases • Deep knowledge of A/B/N testing, Design of Experiments, and measurement techniques • Hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Alteryx, and Adobe Analytics is a plus • Ability to conduct detailed data dives to test hypotheses and identify success metrics • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills • Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with AI/ML and predictive modeling • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing solutions • Cross-channel and cross-functional collaboration experience • Knowledge of web analytics and user clickstream analysis Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus • Over 7 years of related analytics experience, particularly within healthcare or digital health sectors Estimated Min Rate: $35.70 Estimated Max Rate: $51.00 What’s In It for You?
