Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst I for an onsite role in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst I to join the Operational Analytics & Insights (OAI) team supporting the Next Best Offer (NBO) initiative. This project focuses on leveraging AI-driven models and conversational analytics to deliver optimized customer offers and improve customer experience outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale operational data from 30+ call centers while gaining exposure to cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. Responsibilities:
β’ Perform data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
β’ Analyze high-volume conversational and operational datasets
β’ Develop and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and reporting processes
β’ Conduct data wrangling and transformation using Python and Pandas
β’ Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders
β’ Extract and analyze data from databases and external data sources
β’ Document reporting requirements, workflows, and data processes
β’ Support AI/ML-driven customer offer optimization initiatives
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics and engineering teams
Requirements
β’ 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics or related field
Strong Proficiency In
β’ Python
β’ SQL
β’ Pandas
β’ Experience working with relational databases and query tools
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
β’ Ability to work on-site 5 days/week
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Exposure to Machine Learning and AI concepts
β’ Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
β’ Familiarity with conversational analytics or customer experience data
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
