Summary
The Digital Health Solutions (DHS) team is driving a shift toward a data-driven culture, increasing the demand for enhanced data visibility and analytics. This role will support that transformation by developing and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions. The Data Analyst II will play a key role in delivering actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting both short- and long-term analytics initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and support Power BI dashboards and reports for DHS Delivery, including data updates, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and user administration
• Design, develop, and enhance visually compelling Power BI reports using data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Partner with IT teams to help build and scale the future-state Power BI analytics environment
• Execute project-based work to address the analytics demand pipeline
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (Delivery leaders, business analysts, project managers, data scientists, and training teams) to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
• Validate and ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards through quality checks and controls
• Leverage tools such as Smartsheet and other applications to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Required Experience
• 3–5 years of overall experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on, focused Power BI development experience
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in a business environment
• Strong experience working with multiple data sources and data transformation
• data sets, Smart Sheets, Salesforce experience is a plus
