Data Analyst II, Tableau Developer Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid)$32.50-41.50/hrContract to Direct Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join our Cardiology Sales Operations team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an ability to translate business needs into insightful solutions. Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively. Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis. Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams; including strategy, marketing, and IT to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency. Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed. Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources. Required Experience 3 - 5 years of related experience with Bachelors Degree OR 1 - 3 years with Masters Tableau building experience for strategic dashboards Experience developing for sales operations and sales support Preferred Experience Medical Industry is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $32.50 - $41.50 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
