Job Title: Data Analyst III
Location: Remote (OH, US)
Pay Rate: $46-$47
Length: 3 months
This short‑term (approximately 3‑month) contract role is responsible for building the foundational dataset required to support an external workforce program. The analyst will serve as the day‑to‑day resource for data collection, validation, reconciliation, and cross‑functional communication across multiple enterprise systems and teams. The role is critical to ensuring a complete, accurate, and auditable worker‑level dataset.
Key Responsibilities
Data Build
• Extract, compile, and maintain the master external workforce dataset using security/badging, VMS, contracts, and ERP/AP systems
• Perform detailed worker‑level data reconciliation across multiple systems
• Validate required data fields for each worker
• Normalize and standardize supplier names, worker identities, and contract references
• Maintain ongoing dataset updates, including delta comparisons as workforce changes occur
Analysis
• Review and interpret contract documents (e.g., PDFs, SOWs) to extract key commercial and workforce data fields
• Support spend analysis by aligning purchase orders and invoices to individual workers where feasible
Data Governance
• Identify and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies for escalation
• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy
Communication
• Present weekly progress updates, risks, and findings clearly to program leadership
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple systems
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), VMS platforms, and procurement data
• Ability to interpret contracts and extract structured data from unstructured documents (PDFs/SOWs)
• Advanced Excel skills (data cleansing, matching, lookups, pivot tables)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy
• Experience in procurement, finance, or P2P environments preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
