What will you be doing? • Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies • Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions • Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes • Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes • Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications What you should bring to the table: • Experience with database technologies • Knowledge of the ETL process • Knowledge of at least one scripting language • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated history of success • Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required • 10+ years applicable experience required • Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance • Solid understanding of data validation, ETL processes, and multiple data platforms • Hands-on skills with Power Apps and Power Automate for automation preferred • Ability to collaborate across technical teams and adapt to changing systems • Power BI Development – 8+ years (dashboard design, DAX, performance optimization) • Data Validation & ETL Processes – 8+ years (multi-platform data integration) • Power Apps / Power Automate (preferred) – 5+ years (workflow automation and app building) Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $69.00 to $72.00 per hour Health & wellness: Medical, dental, vision, mental health Financial: 401(k) with company match Time off: PTO accrual Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Troy Consulting is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
