Key Responsibilities: • Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools. • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership team members on the status and impact of Sourcing Operations initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead and execute comprehensive data analytics initiatives. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing data analytic tools withing the Sourcing Operations Team. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management, data analytics and process improvement. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills: Power BI, Python, R, SAP , Data Analysis, Excel, data visualization, Tableau . • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 2 4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros). • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment . • Familiarity with SAP . • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) . • Background in supplier or vendor management systems . • Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools . • Experience in training delivery or change management .
