Job title: Marketing Data Analyst Location: Fort Worth, Tx compensation: 70k-90k work schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm, Hybrid (on-site 3 days, 2 days remote) Assignment type: Contract-to-hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, vision, 4001(k) Our client is looking to bring on a Marketing Data Analyst to their team to assist with their Marketing Insights. This person will be collaborating with all other teams of the Marketing (Corporate/Field) that include Marketing Sysadmins, Campaign Managers, Campaign Coordinators, and Digital Marketing Specialist. In doing so, our Data Analyst will be looking to improve these main areas: • Marketing/Campaign Analysis: take data from different systems (DAM, Workfront, etc.) and uncover key insights for workflow improvement and business decisions. • KPIs: Analyze, develop, and design specific KPIs for each marketing division. Reframing their goals and what they define as success according to their data journey. • Visuals: Work with key stakeholders to understanding what insights they are needing to see and create visual reporting. • Optimization: Set governance/best-practices around the data lifecycle (entry, analysis, visuals, reading, etc.) • Automation: Helping automate practices, analysis, and reporting on information coming in.
