Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Analysis Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and enterprise data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools, along with the ability to analyze, transform, and optimize data for business and reporting needs. Exposure to modern data platforms such as OpenShift, Redis, and Dremio is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis, transformation, and conversion to support business and reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes.
Develop and enhance SSRS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Optimize SQL queries, improve code runtime, and tune database performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Follow SDLC processes and work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Use Git for version control and collaborate through branching and code reviews.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
Track work items and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Troubleshoot data issues and support production environments as needed.
🎯 Mandatory Skills
Strong experience with SSIS (ETL development and data integration).
Hands-on expertise in SSRS (reporting and dashboards).
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
Expertise in data analysis, data transformation, and data conversion.
Strong skills in SQL performance tuning, code runtime optimization, and query optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✨ Nice-to-Have / Secondary Skills
Experience working with OpenShift environments.
Exposure to Redis (caching, performance optimization).
Experience with Dremio or similar data virtualization platforms.
Experience with cloud-based or modern data platforms.
Prior experience working in large enterprise environments
