Data Analyst IV

Job Title: Data Analyst IV Duration: 6mo Contract PR: $60/hr MAX Start date: 8/24/2026 Work Location: Hybrid - days day onsite / Arbor Lakes (MG) Job Description: This role is responsible for analyzing product quality, complaint, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the business. The individual develops reports, dashboards, and management review metrics that provide actionable insights to Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. They lead data-driven projects, support post-market surveillance activities, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting systems and analytics. The position partners closely with stakeholders to improve complaint trending methodologies, optimize reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong data analysis, advanced Excel, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are critical for success in this role. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and problem solving within a technical field • Partnering and consulting with leading programs. I.E. Program Management experience. • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking & data analysis capabilities. • Strong communication skills with experience explaining technical concepts to technical and business partners. Preferred qualifications: • Experience within Medical Device industry. • Experience with Medical Device Quality data (e.g. complaints, product trending) • Degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field • Experience in Project Management • Experience with one or more of the following tools: PowerBI, SQL
