Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements • Conduct research and identify process improvement opportunities • Develop functional specifications and business cases • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and multi-source integration • Support web applications, forms, pages, and reporting environments • Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements • Assist with documentation of requirements, risks, workflows, and project deliverables • Support software issue analysis and troubleshooting activities • Assist with testing system changes and validating results • Maintain automated reports and support modernization initiatives • Work with platforms such as Informatica and Snowflake • Communicate effectively with internal users and stakeholders Required Skills & Experience: • 1–3 years of IT experience in systems support, business analysis, or data analysis • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL queries • Experience with data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis • Knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to document workflows, issues, and system processes • Basic knowledge of system testing practices and validation techniques • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing requirements Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Exposure to Informatica and Snowflake platforms • Experience supporting reporting environments and business intelligence solutions • Experience with dashboard support and maintenance • Interest in modernization technologies and continuous learning
