Data Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid, 3 days onsite Duration: 12-month contract + extensions Pay Rate: $30.00-55.00/hr Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work with the sales team to provide data reports that target GTM plays, focusing on an initial cohort of 30 customers. • Daily Stand-Ups: Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the sales team, customer success, and other data analysts to discuss progress and align on goals. • Data Analysis: Pull data from a variety of sources to create customer and sales-ready materials based on analysis. • Tableau Dashboards: Create and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data and highlight inconsistencies, providing clear insights for the team. • Creating presentations on data findings to stakeholders, explaining insights and recommendations based on the analysis. Must Haves: • Business Analyst skills • Strong Excel experience (manipulations) • Snowflake experience • Understand ramifications of how the business operates • Lower-level opening: 2-4 years of experience • Higher-level opening: 4-6 years of experience Plusses: • Tableau experience • Oracle experience • Aware of SaaS consumption model and subscription management Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
