Data Analyst

Job Title: Data analyst Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months contract Responsibilities • Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements • Collaborate with data architects and analysts to develop and maintain data mapping documentation • Conduct data quality assessments and identify inconsistencies • Perform root cause analysis on any data issues • Support data migration and integration projects • Operate in an Agile product development environment, manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization, translate complex business needs into technical requirements, and applying a design thinking approach to deliver user-centric, iterative solutions aligned with strategic goals. • Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure alignment on solution design, delivery timelines, and business outcomes • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, contributing to iterative development cycles • Create and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps, while proactively integrating testing and validation early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams Given the urgency, early submissions will be prioritized.
