🚨 Hiring: Data Analyst (Level 3) – Fully Remote (USA) 🚨 We are actively looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a fast-paced enterprise workforce operations initiative. This is a fully remote contract opportunity focused on data reconciliation, procurement operations, workforce data validation, and contract analysis. 📍 Location: Remote (USA) 🕒 Duration: 3-Month Contract ⏰ Preferred Time Zone: EST Hours 🔍 Key Responsibilities: ✔ Build and maintain external workforce master datasets ✔ Perform worker-level data reconciliation across multiple systems ✔ Validate and cleanse workforce/vendor data ✔ Review contracts, SOWs, and PDFs to extract structured data ✔ Support spend analysis by aligning invoices and purchase orders ✔ Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders ✔ Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting issues ✅ Required Skills: • Strong Data Analysis & Reconciliation experience • Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleansing) • ERP experience (Oracle preferred) • Experience with VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) • Procurement / AP / P2P operations exposure • Contract or SOW review experience • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 🎯 Ideal Backgrounds: Data Analyst | Procurement Analyst | Vendor Management Analyst | Contract Operations Analyst | P2P Analyst | AP Analyst | Contingent Workforce Analyst
