Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative analytics team. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate insights effectively. Design and optimize database structures with expertise in database design principles for platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend. Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high-quality data integration across multiple sources. Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver data solutions on time while adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications for data projects. Manage projects efficiently by applying project management methodologies to meet deadlines and deliver value-added analytics solutions. Utilize VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Visio, and other tools for automation, process documentation, and workflow optimization. Engage in Linked Data initiatives to enhance data connectivity and interoperability across platforms. Support ongoing database design improvements and contribute to the development of scalable data architectures for future growth. Skills Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Strong knowledge of SQL programming for querying and managing relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Experience with ETL tools such as Talend for seamless data integration. Programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and advanced analytics tasks. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices to ensure efficient project delivery. Business analysis expertise to interpret requirements into technical solutions effectively. Database design skills for creating robust data models that support analytical needs. Automation experience using VBA scripts and Bash (Unix shell) scripting for process efficiency. Knowledge of Linked Data concepts for enhancing data connectivity across diverse sources.
