Role description
Data Analyst β Product and Customer Experience
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract: Through end of 2026, expectation of extension
Pay Range: $60-65/hr
We are seeking a Product Analytics & Experience Data Analyst to support our teamβs customer support and order status experiences across our enterprise web platforms. This role partners closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to inform feature prioritization, assess performance, and surface insights that improve customer journeys.
This is a contract role focused on analytics, insight generation, and stakeholder storytelling β not execution or delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyze customer support and ticketing workflows across web platforms
β’ Support initiatives related to: Technical trouble ticket submission & tracking, Portal-based customerβtechnical team communication, and Order status and service installation visibility
β’ Synthesize data from multiple analytics and reporting tools into clear recommendations
β’ Create pre-launch analysis and post-launch evaluations of new features
β’ Measure baseline performance and evaluate the impact after changes are released
β’ Prepare PowerPoint presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
β’ Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and analytics teams to guide roadmap discussions
Required Qualifications
β’ 3-6 years of professional experience in data analysis and insight generation
β’ Ability to analyze large, disparate data sets and tell a clear story
β’ Experience working alongside Product Managers and Product Owners
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Comfort influencing decisions without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with customer support platforms or ticketing systems
β’ Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
β’ Tableau or MicroStrategy
β’ Jira
β’ Telecom, SaaS, or digital platform experience
β’ Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or analytics tools
