Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst Work Location: Remote Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview This role supports the business by ensuring that client specialist data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with requirements. The Data Analyst will interact with clients to validate data changes and ensure data integrity across systems. Key Responsibilities • Resolve data-related incidents, including updating records and querying multiple data sources • Apply specialist-quality data updates to system records • Validate and ensure data accuracy across various platforms • Update data in accordance with requirements while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) • Support software configuration activities before and after go-live Required Qualifications & Experience • Strong understanding of healthcare data and workflows • Experience working with large datasets • Client service experience Required Skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas for data comparison and standardization Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
