What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience or strong academic background with SQL and Python skills.
• 2+ years in data analysis, integration, or related areas.
• 2+ years with leadership in projects or mentoring others.
• Bachelor’s degree in data, analytics, business, or related field.
Technical Skills:
o Advanced SQL for data profiling, transformation, and testing/validation.
o Python for automation and process improvements.
o Exposure to modern data stack tools such as dbt, Databricks, and GCP.
o Familiarity with AI concepts and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Business Skills: Strong ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and document processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
