Job Summary Analyzing the client source data to identify issues, potential causes, and suggested remediation Navigating the organization, bringing together interested parties, negotiating differences, and drawing effective conclusions Asking appropriate questions to extract information, follow up and bring closure to issues Learning and applying WI's Systems and Processes as they pertain to the job (such as analysis process and data loading process) location: Smithfield, Rhode Island job type: Contract salary: $62 - 63 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Proven ability in a data analysis role (minimum 5-7 years experience) • Power BI dashboard development • Tableau dashboard development • Strong SQL skills to query and script in data • Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid grasp of the organizational structure supporting implementation and ongoing projects • Automation and modernization of ITSP processes, reports, and tools • Reporting support (TrackIT, Headcount/Stratos, Reqs, WFC, etc.) • Associate should possess developer skills take over and enhance dashboard reporting • Exploring potential applications of AI to innovate and streamline workflows • Maintaining existing and creating future process documentation and flows • Performing ad hoc data analysis and support • The position will flex between the ITSP team and WI Portfolio team, and finance, ensuring IT priorities are addressed and providing the portfolio team with assistance as capacity permits • Alteryx is nice to have Qualifications Excellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are required Solid experience with query languages such as SQL Excellent oral and written communication skills Work optimally as a team member Demonstrate solid leadership skills; are highly organized, self-motivated with strong time management skills and an ability to handle various tasks simultaneously with minimal oversight Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
