Who We're Looking For
Codeworks is seeking a Data Analyst to support workforce reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making for a large enterprise organization. This individual will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions that provide visibility into workforce trends and organizational performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, building reports and dashboards, investigating data issues, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
Location: Hybrid - Milwaukee, WI
Duration: Contract through March 2027, with potential for extension

What You'll Do
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver meaningful reporting insights.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Create ad hoc reports and data extracts to support business initiatives and decision-making.
• Analyze workforce-related metrics and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Support reporting and analytics activities within HR, recruiting, and workforce planning functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve reporting processes, data availability, and reporting efficiency.
• Document reporting methodologies, business definitions, and support processes.
• Assist with automation and continuous improvement efforts across reporting operations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Experience working directly with internal customers and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Workday reporting and HR-related data.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• SQL development experience and familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data integration tools.
• Exposure to HRIS, workforce analytics, talent acquisition analytics, or people analytics.
• Familiarity with reporting best practices, data governance, and reporting documentation.
