Role description
Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business write-ups and questions and translate them into clear functional requirements per client guidelines.
• Design and document technical solutions, including data models, data flows, and reporting specifications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain self-service dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau.
• Maintain people data quality rules, definitions and strategy
• Apply best-practice compliance and governance standards when working with sensitive HR and client data.
Requirements
• :5+ years of experience in people analytics and HR Analytics
• .Significant, hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau
• .Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from platforms such as Snowflake or Oracle, preferably
• .Knowledge and experience working with complex data models and dimensional modeling techniques
• .Knowledge or experience in converting raw system data into analytics-ready datasets
• .Experience with Python is a plus
• .Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for client business stakeholders
• .Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration
