Candidates must have experience in the following areas: • Business Requirements: Gathering and documentation • Data Requirements: Gathering and documentation • Source to target mapping process and documentation • Strong SQL knowledge and experience need to be able to write queries from scratch • Fundamental knowledge of Data Modeling and Design • Fundamentals of Data Architecture - Data Warehouse and Data Lakes • Experience working with agile teams in a matrix org • Preferred: Experience with Snowflake in any capacity (user, developer, config, etc.) • Preferred: Experience working on an AI project/gathering requirements for AI/ML Need: contingent contract Business/Data Analyst with strong data and analytics focus to gather requirements, deliver technical documents (STM, functional and technical designs, testing, etc.), data mapping, validation and testing, stakeholder/user management, etc. Need to find the best candidate, do not want to sacrifice quality Do you understand requirements? How do you deal with difficult customers? How do you capture requirements? Need to demonstrate strong SQL skills Must have good source to target mapping experience - what is included in source to target mapping? Technical skills - strong SQL, DWH, data mapping - providing and digging into data to provide what is needed Would like someone that has an understanding of what AI is - know how to support AI teams from data/analytics perspective Wont be building AI models, but needs to talk/discuss/understand requirements/ask the right questions to the business team to understand what is actually needed Needs to be very business facing - strong communication skills Must have strong business requirement gathering skills - know how to get into dwh to find data and build a solution for the business Building financial health journey initiative for members - generative AI initiatives Client has a separate AI team that is building chatbot - acquired a team 6 months ago (small firm they acquired) - they are doing all of the development in house - they don t have data to train the chatbot Leads enterprise data analytics team - they are the business owner of enterprise data warehouse/data lake Any project/program that has that component, this team supports end to end Have several large programs going on - need analysts to help them gather requirements, build solutions, do data analysis Wants a business intelligence analyst - has 3-4 open roles that he wants to staff in the next 2-4 weeks Candidates have been looking good on paper - not looking for a developer - they will not be asked to code Should be able to do data analysis, dig in deeper into data, know SQL - basic capabilities in terms of analyzing the data They used alteryx for data preparation - writing scripts, validation, automating stuff Those are light business facing tools What is key - working with different types of audiences - they have the business side where they need to capture functional requirements with respect to date; have technical team that needs to be told what to get built; they are owning the success of these projects Looking for someone who can drive the project, talk data for the audiences that don t know data - key business analyst role - writing and explaining requirements With Regards, Saroj Duhan | US IT Recruiter Naztec International Group LLC. 263 N Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33413
