Key Responsibilities • Analyze insurance data related to policy, claims, underwriting, and customer behavior. • Extract, transform, and interpret data using SQL and Python for reporting and analytics. • Develop basic dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). • Support business teams by providing insights to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. • Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy across systems. • Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. • Prepare clear and concise reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance domain, specifically working with policy and claims data. • Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations). • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, basic scripts). • Basic experience with any BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. • Solid understanding of data concepts: data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reporting. • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
