Key Responsibilities β€’ Analyze insurance data related to policy, claims, underwriting, and customer behavior. β€’ Extract, transform, and interpret data using SQL and Python for reporting and analytics. β€’ Develop basic dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). β€’ Support business teams by providing insights to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. β€’ Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy across systems. β€’ Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. β€’ Prepare clear and concise reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance domain, specifically working with policy and claims data. β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations). β€’ Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, basic scripts). β€’ Basic experience with any BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. β€’ Solid understanding of data concepts: data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reporting. β€’ Excellent communication skillsβ€”both verbal and written. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
