This is a Hybrid position in Dallas, TX/Memphis, TN and Need candidates only on W2
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Hands-on Quality Assurance (QA) experience
• Experience conducting performance reviews
• Availability to work onsite three days per week
The manager is also looking for a hands-on leader who is willing to actively contribute to projects and support the team as needed. This individual should not have a purely delegation-focused management style, but rather be a team player who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the team to achieve objectives.
