Job Title: Data Analyst • No C2C/No sponsorship/No 1099 • Location: Remote EST Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Potential to convert into a permanent employee) Pay: $30-34 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role will directly support the Director of Applications Engineering and the Senior Sales Asset Manager in developing and implementing robust data processes, KPI dashboards, and workflow tools to improve visibility and decision-making across our demo asset operations. The ideal candidate will be adept in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps. Experience integrating data across SAP, ERP systems, and APIs is strongly preferred. Duties & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leadership to define and document operational workflows and data reporting needs for demo inventory and asset lifecycle management. • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports presenting critical KPIs to aid senior leadership in faster, data-driven decision-making. • Extract, transform, and load data from SAP, Dynamics 365 CRM; & facilitate integrations MS Power BI and other platforms using APIs and automation tools. • Leverage Power Apps to create custom apps or interfaces that improve data capture, workflow execution, and user interaction with inventory systems. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to establish standardized, automated reporting processes and data pipelines. • Maintain centralized documentation of data definitions, reporting logic, and workflow processes to ensure transparency and consistency. • Perform regular data validation and ensure reporting outputs meet accuracy and timeliness standards. • Identify process inefficiencies or data gaps and propose scalable improvements or enhancements. • Support training and adoption of new tools and dashboards developed within the Power Platform environment. • Handle ad-hoc data requests and develop analytical insights to support demo asset planning, utilization optimization, and CapEx alignment. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications: • Dynamics 365 CRM • MS Power BI • SAP ERP experience (Nice to Have) • Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills. • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to prioritize, follow-through, and complete tasks on time. • Previous work experience in a sales support environment preferred.
