Role description
Reporting to the Head of Data + Insight, you'll lead the development of centralised reporting and visualisations, provide data-driven recommendations, and support strategic initiatives that improve our data maturity. You'll work with a wide range of data-from air pollution and lung conditions to research, treatments, and campaigns-helping us make smarter decisions and deliver greater impact.

• Create impactful visualisations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Datawrapper.

• Champion data governance, quality assurance, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
• Manage data projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Profile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and visual.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Solid experience in data visualisation and storytelling.
• Understanding of data governance and knowledge management principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
