• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering

• Must have CRO domain knowledge
•
• Strong proficiency in SQL
•
• Hands on experience building with Power BI or similar BI tools
•
• Strong understanding of data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) and data architecture
•
• Proficiency in hypothesis testing and data quality analysis
•
• Hands on experience converting business rules into KPI/metrics using SQL and Python
•
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture roles
•
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and limited context
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and feature pipelines
•
• Proficiency in data governance, lineage, metadata management, parameterization, and versioning
•
• Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, ISO) and validation requirements
•
• Experience working in Agile delivery environment
