Data Analyst

Title: Data Analyst Location: Hybrid ~3x per week on-site in Center City, Philadelphia Duration: 6 month contract to perm possibility Compensation: $45/hr - $60/hr • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. • Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in a business facing analytics role Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries against production data sources. • Power BI for creating and maintain dashboards • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) for ad hoc analysis. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Familiarity with data modeling concepts, BI best practices, and versioned analytics (metrics layer, LookML/DBT awareness). • Basic exposure to Python or R for analysis or automation. • Experience measuring the impact of technology or AI/ML-led process changes. • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience supporting change management with analytics.
