Data Analyst – Contracts & Customer Insights - OUTSIDE IR35 Initial Short Term Contract with Opportunity for Extensions We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support contract visibility and customer insights across multiple platforms. This role will focus on reconciling contract data between systems and building a unified customer view to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Analyse and reconcile contract data across Ironclad and Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency • Identify discrepancies between systems and resolve data mismatches • Develop and maintain a consolidated view of all customer contracts • Build a unified customer dataset combining contract and CRM information • Produce reports and insights to improve contract tracking and customer visibility • Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and alignment Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role • Strong experience working with Salesforce and contract management systems (e.g. Ironclad or similar) • Experience in data reconciliation and data quality management • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with stakeholders across business functions Nice to Have • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools • Understanding of sales, legal, or revenue operations processes • Experience building customer 360 or master data views
