Overview
This role focuses on validating debit and credit data, maintaining cost center structures, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who communicates confidently, researches issues thoroughly, and stays calm under pressure while helping others resolve data and system-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Validate and analyze debit and credit data within Workday to ensure accuracy and consistency
β’ Edit, create, and maintain cost centers and related financial structures
β’ Review, edit, and organize provider data to ensure completeness and accuracy
β’ Support basic financial reporting and data analysis needs
β’ Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues brought forward by internal stakeholders
β’ Serve as a go-to resource for Workday-related data questions and problem resolution
β’ Communicate findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance
β’ Strong working knowledge of Workday
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, validation, and analysis
β’ Experience working with debit and credit data
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with stakeholders
β’ Ability to remain patient, organized, and solution-focused in a high-volume, issue-driven environment
