Data Analyst – Product Operations
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support product reliability and operational performance through data-driven insights. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to build dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver actionable analysis.
Responsibilities
• Analyze product and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ETL pipelines
• Define and track KPIs for end-to-end operations
• Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles
• Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced)
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools
• Knowledge of statistics and experimentation
Nice to Have
• ETL pipeline development
• AI/model performance analysis
