Data Analyst – Product Quality
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Product Quality team, supporting an enterprise‑level consumer electronics environment. This role focuses on analyzing and translating large‑scale data generated from hardware manufacturing processes and field performance, driving impactful product quality insights across the organization.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, technically strong, and comfortable working at the intersection of hardware, manufacturing data, and analytics—while also being able to clearly communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret data generated from hardware manufacturing processes to assess product quality and performance
• Match and correlate manufacturing datasets with field data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards from scratch, ensuring high reliability, uptime, and scalability
• Enhance and support existing dashboards by adding new features and improving performance
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical workflows
• Use SQL and Python to query, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets
• Investigate anomalies and product quality issues using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to non‑technical audiences, including product and operations teams
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role
• Advanced SQL proficiency (required)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and maintenance
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience working with complex datasets, ideally related to manufacturing, hardware, or product quality
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a hardware or consumer electronics environment
Compensation: $50-$55/hour
