Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities Lead project initiatives across multiple teams and various layers of processors and leadership, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective change management throughout the organization. Serve as primary liaison with custodian partners, managing the resolution of document exceptions and ensuring compliance with custodial, investor, and regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to document exception trends, utilizing advanced data analytics skills to identify root causes, uncover patterns, and provide insightful reporting that drives process improvements. Develop and implement analytical solutions for exception management workflows, focusing on leveraging AI and building AI-powered tools to optimize and reduce manual processes. Create and interpret reporting for custodian relationships and internal stakeholders, conveying results in a clear and professional manner to all levels of staff, including senior management. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality control, underwriting, and closing teams to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive successful implementation of process improvements and exception resolution strategies. Ensure data integrity through automated extraction, processing, analysis, and reporting of exception metrics and trends. Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate process gaps, assess risks, and make informed decisions that directly impact departmental outcomes and custodian relationships. Lead or support projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and proactive communication of issues, risks, and opportunities to management.
