Position Summary: The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Mobile WiFi PMO by coordinating and executing initiatives related to the mobile WiFi product portfolio. This includes managing shipping and logistics processes, handling JIRA ticket management, and ensuring seamless communication between operations, technology, and business stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting, as well as process improvement efforts.
