About The Opportunity The Data Analyst will be responsible for the integration and analysis of data derived from multiple sources. A successful Data Analyst will demonstrate their ability to effectively integrate, interpret, and present outcomes from data sources that are accurate, actionable, and relevant to internal teams and clients. They will also be team-oriented, innovative, and adaptable to client and team expectations. Duties & Responsibilities Lead as Power BI subject matter expert and possess the aptitude to quickly learn software platforms such as Power Query, MS SQL Server, Tableau, and other BI tools. Collaborate with analytic team members on development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards ensuring resources are accurate, up-to-date, and can be analyzed to reveal critical insights applicable to strategic business initiatives. Extract critical and pertinent information from multiple data sets to help stakeholders understand optimal outcomes. Process and integrate primary and secondary data sources using database warehouse and visual applications. Build Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements. Develop quality control processes to ensure data integrity. Utilize data analytics to uncover critical business insights and findings. Act as liaison between finance, operations, and IT to ensure timely delivery of analyses. Uphold and practice principles and policies of the CSD Compliance program. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements About You Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a data-related field. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. At least 2 years of experience with Power BI. Knowledge of database architecture and ability to map data, run SQL queries, analyze large datasets, and troubleshoot. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate results to stakeholders. Motivation to achieve individual and team goals; ability to work independently and in teams. Ability to learn and apply industry-specific concepts. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in healthcare or related field; experience analyzing medical claims and with CentralReach ABA Software; 3+ years of SQL and SSIS experience.
