Key Responsibilities • Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze financial, credit, and operational data to identify trends and optimize business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making. • Risk & Credit Assessment – Use predictive analytics and statistical modeling to evaluate risk and improve credit quality. • Data Integrity & Compliance – Ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance in all data-related processes. • Strategic Insights – Work with teams across the organization to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and product offerings. • Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to leverage automation and technology for improved efficiency. Who You Are • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit risk. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools. • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. • Understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
