Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in RF testing and data analytics to drive insights from large datasets. This role requires hands-on experience with AWS tools for data mining, statistical analysis, and simulation modeling. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, a strong background in data science, and a solid understanding of RF testing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

   • Utilize AWS tools (familiar with running Lambda and SSM) to process and analyze large datasets related to RF testing.

   • Process RF test data from various sources, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzer, and antennas test chamber.

   • Automate data collection and analysis workflows using Python and JMP

   • Develop and apply statistical models to identify trends and improve test accuracy.

   • Work closely with RF engineers to interpret test results and refine data models.

   • Design and execute simulation models to enhance testing methodologies.

   • Generate reports and visualizations to support engineering and leadership teams.

   • Collaborate across teams to ensure data-driven improvements in testing processes.

Qualifications:

   • 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.

   • Proficiency in Python and JMP for data analysis and automation.

   • Hands-on experience with AWS tools for data processing and analytics.

   • Strong understanding of RF testing principles and data interpretation.

   • Ability to develop and apply statistical models for trend analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

   • Background in wireless communications or signal processing.

   • Experience building custom simulation models for testing environments.
